We’ve got partners among large international companies and car manufacturers - suppliers of automotive parts and components, who paid attention to high scientific and technical potential of POLYPLASTIC Group. So, in 2008, we began to cooperate with automobile companies Ford, St. Petersburg and VW, Kaluga taking part in the program for production localization of plastic parts in Russia. Later the companies Renault, GM, Fiat entered this program. The first significant achievements in this direction have been already recorded, proving that POLYPLASTIC materials meet the requirements of the world's automakers.
Household Appliances
POLYPLASTIC began to develop this segment from 2003, and now our company dominates the Russian market in the area of composite materials for major household appliances, being the main supplier of materials for all the corresponding international companies located in Russia.
Indesit International JSC is European division of Indesit company, the largest in Russia manufacturer of major household appliances - refrigerators and washing machines. Basic University Department
POLYPLASTIC began cooperation with Lomonosov Moscow State Academy of Fine Chemical Technology in response to the demand for skilled educated young specialists. A new POLYPLASTIC-based university department was established in 2007, referred to as «Technology of production of polymer composites, pipes and fittings» — a branch of the Department of «Chemistry and technology of processing of plastics and polymer composites». The aim of the department is basic education and training of highly qualified experts in the field of technology of processing of plastics and plastic composites, training of engineers and master’s degree graduates in the above engineering specialty. The training course involves lectures, seminars and laboratory research, realization of graduate and term projects. Students conduct research in the laboratories of POLYPLASTIC R&D Center and take part in the testing of materials at the place of production. POLYPLASTIC Group pays scholarships to the best 5- and 6-year students; training of graduate students and applicants from POLYPLASTIC staff is performed, and the research projects and dissertations topics are planned taking into account the interests of our company. The work of the department is focused at the training of all the company’s staff: a special course of continuing education is run, the own programs for skill upgrading of the technicians of our enterprises are developed.
